Auto Repair in San Antonio, TX You Can Trust.

I wish I could emphasize in words just how amazing this shop is! Jose went above and beyond in a time when I was literally told by everybody else my car was pretty much helpless. He took one look at my vehicle & said he could have it repaired in a day & at a reasonable price. Not only did he stay true to his word, he also provided transportation for the day that I was without my vehicle because I had to take my grandmother for eye surgery. I was initially worried how can they fix my car so quickly, but like I said—they stay true to their word! If you don’t believe me, just look at the before and after pictures. The car is in flawless condition. It was a pleasure doing business with them! I most definitely will be referring this shop going forward! Easy 10 out of 10… Thank you so much for your hard work and effort & getting this done in such a timely manner. Your good work definitely did not go unnoticed, but greatly appreciated!

5 Stars – Highly Recommend! Amazing customer service! The whole team was laid back, easy to talk to, and super professional. José walked me through everything from the start, and it all played out exactly as he said it would. The quality of the work was top-notch, and I was especially impressed with the 24-hour turnaround. They kept it simple, clear, and delivered results. Highly recommend the Southside location if you want honest, quality work done fast. Jose knew I was visiting family and offered to deliver the vehicle to where I was located.

I’ve trusted Grand Collision Center and Jose for years, and they’ve never let me down. Back when I was in college, someone hit my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500. Jose and his team restored it beautifully back to its original condition at a price I could actually afford. The quality was excellent, and I knew right then I could rely on them. Years later, when my 2010 Camaro needed work, I didn’t even think twice about where to go. Jose once again went above and beyond for me. He understood my situation and worked with me on a very affordable payment plan. That kind of understanding and customer care is rare these days. What really sets Jose apart is his attention to detail. He and his team don’t cut corners. If something isn’t perfect, he makes sure it gets redone until it’s right. The work takes time because it’s done with care, but the results speak for themselves flawless. If you want your car to look its best and be treated with honesty and respect, I highly recommend Grand Collision Center. Jose isn’t just running a business he’s building trust, one satisfied customer at a time.

Jose and the team did an exceptional job for a very affordable price! If I need any work done on my vehicle, I will only trust Grand Collision going forward. They are very punctual, efficient, and honest about their work. You don't want to miss out when it comes to this shop!
